Having to stand in the same queue as people who need to see a bank financial person, it means for people who just want to deposit cash, the cash macines stand empty whilst people are having to queue for over an hour outside to use a cash machine

The bank itself is nothing special or bad, but the waiting times are pretty abysmal. I can’t recall a single time I’ve been able to just pop in and get sorted in 5/10 minutes. It always a 30-45 min wait.
Absolute waste of time & effort. If I could rate less than 1 then i would definitely rate it much much lower!!!
This bank is open for 2 hours a day ... Unreal ridiculous times, clowns
I’m fuming twice someone been taking money out my card and NatWest haven’t done nothing about it
