Husband turned up for appointment (which had been postponed twice already) today. Rang doorbell, no answer. Phoned, no answer. Phoned Caerleon clinic, who told him Steve from Newport clinic is on leave til mid January. No sign on door saying this. Nothing on their website. Nobody phoned to tell him and save him a wasted trip. They've given him the merry-go-round for 2 months, during which he could easily have made alternative arrangements. This company doesn't deserve anybody's business.

Absolutely amazing service & product from the small team; plus extremely friendly. Arrived at 10 a.m. this morning and received my new dentures from scratch by 2.30pm and 100% happy. Definitely highly recommend.

A very fast and friendly service. Within an hour of my denture breaking, I was at the lab and being dealt with. There was no fuss about the break, just a calm, professional and very reasonably priced repair. This was my first experience of needing this kind of work to be done; this added to the fact that we have a couple of bank holidays and a weekend coming up, had me panicking a bit. It's a relief to know that there is someone to whom I can refer this kind of problem. A happy customer.
