Absolute nightmare every single time I try to simply reorder my regular prescription meds, always have to chase it up wait longer than told when handed in for it to be done, trying to sort it out on the phone can take all day just to get an answer and then have a blunt reply and the phone put down on you, reception staff are no help anymore. Real shame as when I first moved to the area years ago Crumlin surgery was a brilliant doctors, it's seriously gone downhill since they combined it with North Celynen surgery

I have been going there for a few years now and I can't think of a better place to go. The doctor's and nurses are polite helpful and really help you to relax and talk to you and treat you like a person. Been going there for quite some time now and I would never want to change. And easy access for disabled people. Fantastic place and great people from receptionists to the doctor's and nurses

The doctors and nurses there are great and very helpful even the receptionists are welcoming and helpful but it’s trying to get a appointment is the problem you get a half hour window from 8 am to get through on phone which is continuously busy so if you do get through the appointments are fully booked,why they don’t use a que based phone service is beyond me, you can phone later in the day when phones ain’t so busy but you’ll only get offered a book in appointment which can be up to 3 week later no help if you need to see the doc as a emergency

The doctors are fine, however, trying to contact them is horrendous! I've been calling for 23 mins and there is no answer! The current time is 17:25 and they don't close until 18:30. This is ridiculous!!!

Bin ringing since 8 and 127 times I phoned them got thou at 8:57and no appointments!
