Worst service i have encountered with 02 Been with 02 since 2012 the staff of Newport IOW should go to Rugby- Warwickshire and Carlisle - Cumbria -- for lessons on how to treat people . They do not even deserve one star

Staff were mainly uninterested not giving good advice. I eventually took the galaxy Tab A. It was not as alleged by a bearded Male. I returned and dealt with a young lady called Maddy ?. She was great, interested and listened. I came away with a Samsung Tab S4. She set everything up and transferred all the information for me. If I had dealt with her first I would award 5 stars.
