I came here to upgrade my daughters phone. She was very fussy and took a week to sort out, but Shaun, Alex & Steff were amazing and extremely helpful! They had so much patience and nothing was to much trouble! Thanks guys, I have one happy teenager now

Very helpful staff that don't just want to push a new phone on you! Good network too, if you're into that kind of thing. The staff are very approachable here too, do makes it a lot easier to go in and ask questions and things.

Both men who served me were lovely. I expected the big guy to be forceful in selling me something I didn't really want but he was lovely couldn't have been more wrong. And the chap who tranfered my pics and stuff was brill all done in 40 minutes start to Finnish. Would definitely recommend this o2 store as it's the best that I've been to and would definitely recommend those two guys to see
