Went for a quick lunch today, sat outside with our dog. Ordered and paid online but for some reason it came up as unable to fulfil our order. Manager was fabulous, sorted our food and drinks. Excellent service, will definitely go back

The the Carvery was lukewarm the beef was very chewy are caramel sundaes came out in what I can only describe as two breakfast bowls and they didn't even match very disappointing as couple of days before had the caramel Sundays and they were well presented in a glass sundae dish I will not be recommending to anyone the carvery at the otters
even though I didn't know you now have to pre book a table they accommodated me. quick service, very tasty food.
Fantastic pub, great food, handy location. We came here on honeymoon and they gave us a free cocktail! Lovely staff and clean along with good, reassuring covid system in place.
