I had amazing customer service from this Company got a work light that I love and Something went wrong with it called them up sent my Proof of purchase to them and they sent me a new one out next day amazing thanks so so much would recommend to everyone thanks again

Called up having bought a light from Homebase and got home to find it was damaged. My local Homebase had closed and so I would have had to drive 25miles to return it for a refund. Mark's service has been absolutely exceptional from when he picked up the phone to responding to my follow-up emails (with pictures, receipt etc). I hope to find a local reseller so I can buy more products from ARLEC!
