I was let down by my usual plumber and found FDR in the local flyer magazine. How lucky was I.. the service was first class, from booking an appointment to the arrival of the engineer and the work he carried out. Courteous, efficient and cheery, I hope if ever I have another problem, FDR will not be too busy to fit me in!

Their engineer visited us the same day, re-set the system safely and diagnosed a fault.
