Started here a little over a year ago and have never looked back, some of the nicest people i have ever met are here. I have made a bunch of new friends, learnt a new form of fitness, one that keeps developing and never feels 'stale' like some can get. I intend to carry on as long as possible!

Had a fantastic experience as we went as a group for my sisters 50th birthday and had the best time. The whole experience has left me wanting more but I live near Aylesbury and there does not seem to be one nearby. I could feel the benefit from just one try and am so keen to continue. What fun we had!!
