Nice pub with friendly owners. Clean and well-decorated inside with great photos of local history. We had a quarter pounder burger and a veggie burger, a pint of Eagle IPA and a large glass of Melbec. The wine was really nice and the beer was spot on. The food was well-prepared and came quickly, though the menu is a little limited to sandwiches, burgers, pizza and jacket potatoes. The prices are 100% fair but the quality of food, especially the veggie burger, was basic. For a 6 main meal, you wouldn't complain.

Refurbished last year, it's a nice pub to visit for either just a drink or for a meal. The new landlords offer a friendly and great service. The C19 measures put in place have been well thought out, are effective and easy to follow. Lovely casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere.
Excellent service. Disabled access to outdoor area is a bonus. Love the food here. Looking forward to pie and mash night on 28th September. They have real deal coming

Friendly 2 bar country pub tucked away from the high street and best pub in newport pagnell friendly landlord and landlady robin and lynne free wi-fi great food and menu large beer garden the front room is a lounge and the back room is a public bar with a dart board toilets are clean i went today and had a great experience it was very quiet i brought a diet coke and roast chicken crisps and i even had lunch here i had chicken burger with chips and salad freshly cooked and healthy also went in January and last year great place to take your family for dinner or mates to have a pint or a game of darts
