I have been using Urban and Rural Estate Agents to buy a property that was listed with them and I have to say they have been by far and away the most responsive and professional agents that I have dealt with in this process. They have tried to accommodate my requests with the home owner as quickly as possibly, they have acted as a great go between myself and them and they have been very helpful the whole way through and while I'm still waiting for the house move to go through to completion I'm not worried to write a review now. They haven't tried the hard sell but have been fair in what they have pointed out as selling points of the property, they have acted professionally throughout the restrictions with covid and helped me feel comfortable throughout. Would recommend buying or selling with them. Charlie who we have been dealing with has been fantastic.

If you want an estate agents who aren't pushy and are efficient and knowledgeable , go with these guys! Urban and Rural were recommended to us by a neighbour who had recently sold through them and we are honestly so happy that we're on the market with them. They are such a professional team who are proactive, friendly and genuinely care about their vendors. We've mainly dealt with Charlie who is a brilliant sales person, very approachable and communicates very well with both ourselves and with the potential buyers. Nothing is too much hassle for the team, they are frequently on the phones trying to find new buyers and update us every step of the way. I'd use them again without a second though!
I cannot recommend this business highly enough.. excellent customer service throughout,nothing is too much trouble. I used the Newport Pagnell branch and I always found them to be honest,polite and above all professional. Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful times of your life. Urban & Rural in Newport Pagnell did an amazing job selling my 2 bed flat in Fenny Stratford. After being told by another estate agent that it would only be investors interested in my type of property, and then failing to get one viewing in two months, I switched to Urban & Rural who found me a first time buyer (and numerous other viewings) within weeks of it being on the market with them. Would highly recommend them, especially Daniel, who was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
