If you need a letting agent in Milton Keynes look no further. I have been using Williams Alder for many years and they have been excellent. They have always found extremely reliable tenants and if we have ever had an issue with our houses they have quickly and efficiently found an appropriate trades person to rectify any problems. They have made renting our houses out a totally stress free and easy process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of renting, either as a landlord or tenant.
I have used Williams alder for the sale of 2 properties in the last couple of years, the asking price was met on both occasions the sales went through without a hitch . Always found the staff very pleasant and always kept me up to date with how the sale was proceeding , also has to be said that their rates are very competitive. Have personally recommended them to several people and will certainly use them next time I need an estate agent.
I did not like there service as they were bit greedy and not as professional as they should.
Williams Allder were professional at all times and sold my house in under 4weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an Estate agent who is refreshingly different from the rest!
