Have used this shop for a number of years. The customer service and standard of costumes is second to none, they always seem to go out of their way to help get your outfit just right. Nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend the shop to anyone in MK. In my opinion the best fancy dress shop in the area.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, one lady was very patient with my friend who have never worn fancy dress before and was stressing about it. The shop has so many different costumes for a reasonable price and I will definitely use them again. The lady who dealt with me gave me loads of ideas and never rushed me while I tried them on even though they were about to close. Fab shop and fab service.
I can’t speak highly enough of this business. I called dozens of shops (over several counties) for a very specific costume piece I needed after an Amazon delivery had let me down last minute. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. The piece they had was perfect, good value and they were more than flexible on all terms. They even contacted me later on having searched online about another piece I could wear from another business! They just wanted me to be happy. People this genuine are hard to find.
I visited this shop recently with my Gran and was served by someone named Carolyn. I want to say what amazing customer service she gave. I was unwell during my visit and she cared for me and made sure that I was ok the whole time I was there. Not only this but she was also very helpful towards my Gran who was looking for a costume to hire. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fun and good quality costume. I would also recommend this shop due to their outstanding customer service.
