I have had meat from here over the last 9 months and the topside & silverside has been the nicest I have ever bought. Also had steaks, barbecue meat, sausages and lamb which has been all the same quality would highly recommend this butchers.

I have been ordering my meat from Palfreys since going into self isolation due to Covid 19. I cannot praise the staff highly enough and I have never had such lovely meat. Everything is exceptionally lean which suits us, and so tasty. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I shall continue to buy my meat here when we come through this. Thank you so much Mark and Jane.

I thought that the point of the butchers was supposed to be that they offer something that the supermarket does not. I asked for some high fat minced beef as it is much tastier than low fat, but they would not offer it. Very unimpressed. Other butchers in the area are happy to make what ever you want.
Must say the food is top quality very helpful staff, better than the meat from supermarkets, big selection all top quality well done palfreys
