Not even worth the 1 star I had to choose!! Went on just eat and found this place still open at 1am. Rang them to ask their closing time and he told me 3am. Went on their website and ordered direct at 1.37 am. Website said 30 mins for delivery - I gave them an hour. Rang them an hour later at 2.37 am and he apologised saying they were very busy and that the food would be with me in 5 mins. Got to 3 o’clock closing time and no one is answering the phone!! Paid 28 for food that they had no intention of cooking, let alone delivering!! This company should not even be trading! Extremely unhappy and will be making several complaints where needed including trading standards. I will demand my refund. Absolutely livid. What a joke! Take my sound advice: AVOID ORDERING FROM PARMESAN HOUSE IN NEWPORT!! I typed this at 3:30 am - still no food. I call this fraud!

Food absolutely horrible. Ordered for 3 people. 2x kebabs and a pizza. Not only did we wait nearly an hour for the delivery the food was way below par Kebabs were tasteless, can't even describe the after taste. Texture of the meat was off, there was just something about it that wasn't right. Pizza was, again tasteless, chees tasted like rubber. It wasn't atall pleasing to look at straight away. I fully understand food can look different to how it tastes but in this case it all tastes as bad as it looked. Will not recommend or visit again.

Ordered a meal tonight for home delivery, based upon there online reviews I decided to give them another go had food from this place when it first opened and that was a parmesan which I found was poor . Talking of my experience today is that it is still pretty poor not for me, could of been on what I ordered, Sharwarma hummus which was not bad Parma wings and BBQ grilled wings not the best Chips rock hard Meal was half hour late to what was quoted . Price was ok but for price paid there are better options available so personally would go elsewhere .
