My only constructive criticism/feedback to mention is to make text message alerts for appointment reminders and maybe even confirmation a permanent service option. People who claim that the ladies on reception are childish, rude, aggressive, etc surprise me because I have never had any negative interaction with any of them. And I guess I am lucky to have a polite, professional, caring dentist.

Focus Weddings

I have read that the receptionists are horrible on the reviews but funny enough this time they were fine almost human. The dentist on the other hand was a bit harsh like your idea of a Russian. Huge carpark and easy to find as we used our GPS NP18 1RY. Lots of talking going on in the office. Not much work going on but bloody difficult to book in. Due to covid stupid rules apply please remember each breath could be your last unless you have a thin mask on to save your life haha.

I have been a patient since the olden days (about 20 years) and it has been consistently going downhill since the Restore Group took over. Highlights include very aggressive cross-selling, stroppiness when I decline unnecessary x-rays, poor treatment that cost me two teeth and my appointments repeatedly being cancelled and then me getting texts informing I am not having regular appointments! How can I when you keep cancelling them?? My mother has also just received disturbingly poor service and a really dismissive response to her complaint so we, my sister, her husband and 4 kids are all going elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Consistently vile attitude from the young girls on reception. Run by children who storm off from you mid sentence, perhaps because they don't hold the vocabulary to maintain a discussion without resulting in a tantrum. Formal complaint being issued to Mrs. Borley (again).

I have attended the practice on several occasions and what a wonderful team they have! I'm always made to feel very welcome and comfortable talking and asking questions with my dentist Anil about any treatment he suggests. Definitely will be recommending the practice to friends and family!!
