Unbelievable how the staff talk to you in there! Absolutely unbelievable how the receptionist dare to talk so rude to patients. You call her, regarding about a document you need to open a bank account and she started to talk so quick not listening AT ALL trying to twist the conversation and talking louder than me trying to avoid what I wanted to discuss didn’t helped in anything talking with no sense and no respect. If you don’t like your job just quit it! If you are not capable to be there just leave it! There are so many nice people wanting a job like yours. You should treat people good because one day the one who is going to need help and no one is gonna bother will be YOU! Apparently she was so busy as she was repeatedly saying it. Absolutely disgusting. Have never seen it in my life before.

Yesterday I went there to get my first medical registration in UK and asked just a copy of it but the receptionist was very rude. She told me that I need to pay 50. A simply copy of medical registration costs 50? It seems like a rob !!! It is really disappointing
On the 19th June I came to surgery and saw Dr Brown, he knew immediately I had pneumonia, I feel he saved my life, I was taken to hospital with a 'orrendous infection aswell and I could've died, I was discharged from hospital on weds 8th July after 19days in the Gwent, I want to praise this Dr he knew exactly what was wrong with me within minutes, I also rang the surgery today and the receptionist was very caring and lovely telephone manner that put me at ease and Dr Brown called me within an hr & half of me requesting... Thank you soo soo much
I have always found this practice to be very good. There have been a few times that my Daughter's and l have needed to see someone straight away, and this has always been made possible by the staff. Yes small things l could mension that could have been dealt with differently, but on the whole, l wouldn't dream of changing. And l do recommend them to people l know.
Receptionist rude, wouldn't help me in getting some dressings for an open wound I had been seen about the previous day. This has never been a problem in the past or if for whatever reason they've not been able to provide dressings, they have provided a prescription for them in the past. Also when asking a question about my sick not and advised that I had to self certify for 3 days, she persistently argued back saying that its 7 days, when I've already followed the sick procedure in my workplace plenty of times in the past. To summarise, shocking service.
