Dr Pagington made a house call to my elderly grandfather this afternoon and treated him with such dignity and had such a reassuring manner with my very worried grandmother. Just wonderful. What a credit to the surgery. Thank you very much

All of the Doctors at the surgery take the time to listen. I have had a serious bout of pleurisy and have had to have several appointments. I have seen several of the GPs at the surgery because of this, but have to say that Dr Sweetman was phenomenal and I truly believe that I would have been seriously ill if he hadn't referred me to hospital. I am still ill, several weeks on, but antibiotics, steroids, inhaler and hospital referral later I am much better than I have been. The reception and nursing staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

Receptionist is rude but the doctors are ok and I didn't usually have to wait long for an appointment. The first come first serve system can be odd but it does seem to be effective.
