When we ran out during the winter last year, we were told 3 weeks by every supplier we contacted. Stephens staff were really helpful and got to us in 2 days. Customer service when you have a problem is everything, and tells you all you need to know about a company. 5 star service guys, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Needed an urgent delivery of fuel oil. Normal supplier, and other local suppliers, unable to deliver for 3 weeks. Stephen, owner of Stephen's Fuel Oil,, Newport, arranged delivery for following day. No hike in costs, simply a delivery charge because they were delivering out of area, so very understandable. Delivery at 5.45am by David, very grateful, fabulous service. Thank you and stay safe
Absolutely Terrible communications, extremely poor customer relations and service ..... Will not use again
they keep ya going with cheap fuel.
got to give this company credit ......ordered at 9am this morning ...delivered at 11am was with CPL for 40 yrs ....they are now a call center and useless Tracey your a gem
