Before the pandemic Newport Transport have always been customer focused. During the pandemic the company has really looked after the community more than many know. The experience is so much better having electric busses, making the journey more comfortable and overall enjoyable.

I had training lessons with Andy and Jason at Newport transport, both guys were great brilliant instructors . So glad I picked this company to do my big bus licence ,1 to 1 training and great facilities. They helped me pass 1st time on my practical test and 100% on my CPC module 4. I would definitely recommend if you ever need training and they are cheaper than their competitors.
Abysmyl service, Unreliable & falsely advertising services that dont run or turn up, some staff have disgusting filthy attitudes & no empathy !!!
