Excellent service from reception, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Due to the current pandemic face to face appointments are only available for a limited number of reasons. However the Dr. will now contact you by phone and have a discussion with you about your concerns. This works well, having had to use the service. You can still be asked to go to the surgery if the Dr. feels that they need to see you but at least you are not going to be sat in a waiting room with lots of people who could be infectious with something.

My wife and myself attended the surgery today for our flu injection. The service was exceptional with ourselves being treated within 5 minutes of attending the surgery.

Always been curteous and helpful.. All staff. Yes sometimes a bit of a wait but only to be expected as appointments run over time depending on the patient and their reason for visit. Had good care myself
