Receptionists are the worst for me personally, I needed help, and I was just over the time by 15 mins, I was told I was not allowed to see a doctor, but I'm in need of help from a doctor for meds for myself, the doctors aren't the problem, they're very nice, but the receptionists are the front line of what makes a good company, they're the cherry on top of the cake, and they are utterly rude. Dont recommend the receptionists.

Only giving this star as I must to write a review Disgusting attitude towards patients Some people do work long hours and cannot be their during hours of what they expect Would not recommend to use this practise unless you work a 9 till 3 job or unemployed as you won't be seen or cared about will be changing doctors

Excellent GP's, Pharmacist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner, sometimes hard to get a routine GP appointment but there is always the morning access clinic. I recommend using my health online as if all the appointments have gone over the phone, there could be some routine appointments left online, and you can order your prescription online too! Reception staff are often a high turnover, but the trained ones are always really friendly and knowledgeable. I do think they get too much slating for just doing there job! There is lots of parking, and a large waiting area. Easy to access via public transport and has a pharmacy/shop just up the steps.

An excellent surgery. No issues to report. Great staff, great doctors. I won’t go anywhere else.

I queued outside from 7.55. When I eventually spoke to the receptionist at 8.15 am I asked for a doctor and I was informed to come back at 9.10am. I explained I was suffering from what I believe to be sciatica but it made no difference. I had other issues which I was not prepared to discuss in the. open forum of the surgery. There were a number of people in front of me who left, having been told to return later,,complaining at their treatment.. I found it difficult to walk. Other patients may have far worse difficulties. What a system. I will purchase painkillers and hope I am doing the correct thing. The receptionist ended our conversation by saying they do not want crowded surgeries. Tactless and uncaring.
