️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️I am devestated I didn’t read these reviews first. Rude rude female working there, I assume she’s the owner. Lied from the start about stock and availability, she’s now had 6 weeks to get our faulty cupboards in and still no joy. Never answers the phone, never gives us any updates. Forced to make wasted journeys down there just to ask for any updates, rude abrupt responses and sloppy shoulder responses. Never their fault apparently. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I ask about basic plain white kitchen units been told have them all in stock ready to take straight away after i make a payment comes out its missing couple units next day come back to get them but still was missing drawfronts and doors after 4 days waiting had them but all drawfronts was chipped and demage very poor quality and they was painted to hide poor finish never again will buy anythink from this shop NOT RECOMANDED! waist of time and money unprofessional unreliable service. Wickes or B&Q dose better deals and service!

Under new management but Same old same old. Go elsewhere. Handilands previous owners let me down very badly. I purchased an entire kitchen of white slab Unit fronts and carcasses from this company in 2014, fitted in 2015. Could have gone anywhere but I wished to support a local South Wales company. The Carcasses looked like they had been cut with a hacksaw. They blamed a fraudulent supplier who’d skipped the country and offered No recourse at all. Recontacted Handiland’s new owners (it was sold in 2015) just for advice on a remedy for bubbling white melamine veneer which has peeled off one door and one full height larder unit side panel (original cost upwards of 400) -purchased in 2014, - in some recompense for the difficult spot Handiland’s previous customers have been left in by the company’s shoddy materials. new owner was extremely defensive, told me that to buy another panel was the only option, flatly refuses to speak any further and put the phone down. Why would anyone go back?
