Bought something for grandchild due this yr so payed for it using my argoscard and arranged pick up in town where my daughter lives, only for her to be told she couldn't get it because she needed my argoscard!!!!!! Since when I've never had to produce it before when picking up anything in the passed. Even tho i gave her all the card information... no. With being on lockdown what am i suppose to do, so thanks for making things more difficult argos. Im so not impressed and honestly pretty irritated too

Small store at the end of the High Street. So small there's only one pickup point, one till and two self service terminals. The till was busy so I used the self service. The touch screen was horribly slow, and I kept thinking it had frozen. Got there in the end. Third in line, took five minutes to get the item. Store is fully accessible, but no nearby parking. Average kind of place.

Terrible customer service. I returned an item unused in the original undamaged box. But because the flimsy plastic bag that it was in was ripped (the bag was partly ripped when I collected the item and the weight of the box just ripped it even more when I got it home) the manager would not issue a refund for 'hygiene reasons'. Anyone with an ounce of common sense could see it had not been touched. I suggest that if it is Argos policy not to refund if the plastic bags are ripped that they should inform customers at the time of sale and use more sturdy bags!! I have always used Argos a lot but will be shopping elsewhere in future
Had a good experience here, they had an item I was after, poor member of staff who had to put through a lot of vouchers when I bought a tv..
