I'm so glad I took the jump and booked sessions with Coach Drew. He has helped me achieve many of my fitness goals and set me on the right path to achieve the others in my own time. I initially purchased eight sessions with Drew and loved every minute. He tailored our sessions to my strengths and weaknesses and always felt like I was being pushed (in a good way!) to make progress. I was so happy with how my first eight sessions went, I booked another eight. Throughout, Drew has been friendly, professional, enthusiastic and knowledgable. He has also been invaluable in giving me great nutritional advice. I have learnt so much and enjoyed exercise like I never have before. I would not hesitate to recommend Drew. You'll be glad you took the jump to hire a PT - I was!
