It’s so good to be back here after lockdown. I’ve been a consol Customer for 6 years. It’s not just tanning, but an amazing experience, top of the range beds, relaxing meditation music, scent while you tan, plus the lovely staff that really welcome you and are so friendly and helpful. Christine Foster has been amazing, so professional, kind, caring, hard working, friendly, and helpful. It’s always a pleasure to arrive at Consol and see her smiley face in the Newquay establishment. She is very professional and I’ve been one of her customers since 2015. I highly recommend this place, it’s a feel good place and Christine definitely makes your visit a pleasant time, with her knowledge and excellent assistance

Staff are absolutely amazing!! Explain everything too you!! The procedure of masks & sanitising are all in place!! Sun-beds & shop is spotlessly clean!! Again the staff are so friendly & professional & all explain everything too you!!

Absolutely appalled in the service given at Consol. I went to the consol in Newquay for the first time 2n’d time getting a sunbed baring in mind So I wasn’t familiar on what to do on the screen or which ones to go on. Cut long story short I used the wrong screen and the lady was so incredibly rude I ended up walking out in which she replied, bye hun. All I needed was help, respectfully from a staff member. Never going back!!
My experience here was awful! I’ve never been into a tanning salon before, the staff member here made the first experience here the worst! Her attitude was absolutely disgusting! Her tone of voice was belittling and sour I could use another word but this isn’t the place! Absolutely appalling!
Up-to-date sunbeds. Have 3 intensity settings, face and body fans, aqua showers and Palmer violet scent; all of which you set to your own preference. I've always found the place spotless and staff extremely helpful. Auto book in with either a thumb print or phone number. Many creams etc. to buy.
Great tanning beds. Open all hours. Always clean and tidy.
Great beds and the staff are always there to help wouldbt go anywhere else
