Popped in on the off chance of getting a table and we were seated outside, in the perfect spot. The staff were so friendly and explained how to order via the app! I was a bit nervous about going for a drink so soon after re-opening but the place is set out so it's not crammed, there was hand sanitiser available and the app is so easy to use! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Newquay :)

Nice family pub that welcomes dogs inside. We visited with 5 of us and 2 dogs. Felt safe and welcomed. You download their app to order and pay for your food. 4 chicken burgers, 1 kids meal and 2 ciders was 65 so not the cheapest. Food was OK and menu was quite small with some things unavailable. Nice location in Newquay center.
Favourite pub in Newquay. Always really friendly and quick service. Normally just have a pint in the best beer garden in Newquay but had meal this time. Really good, tasty, good value and served quick and nice and hot. Still favourite pub in Newquay.
Great pub. Went here 3 times during our week in Newquay. First two times we sat outside and had drinks. The view is amazing. The third time we booked a table inside for dinner. The food nice. Staff are very organized and helpful.
Popped in for a drink in the beer garden to enjoy the sunshine. Beautiful views over the beach and harbour. Drinks were a little pricey - we didn't eat there so can't comment on quality or value of the food, but spotted they're doing a limited menu at the moment. The place seemed well set up for social distancing. Recommend booking if possible!
Booked a table before we arrived in Newquay. Downloaded the app & ordered food & drinks af the table . We were impressed at the lengths they had gone to to observe social distancing including a one way system in & out of the restaurant. Food & drinks were good. Felt comfortable eating there.
Had a lovely afternoon at the fort today just a little disappointed with some of the service that was given... understandable that we are in strange times and we all have to be patient but my app wouldn't work to order meals even though I asked if I could order at the bar the staff on entry said no..... but found out you could the staff behind the bar pointed out where to queue only then turned around and said 5 minutes later can you join the back of the queue to myself and the person behind me found this confusing do not all your staff get the same training? Then ordered our meal which came with no condiments when we asked for them the reply from one member of staff said oh she might be too busy ....the meal was lovely would I go back again not quite sure.....had better service at the Red Lion pub very attentive and caring staff their and nothing was too much trouble .
Quick service and good for familys I had fun with my mum. Xx
