I contacted ISpy CCTV following a spate of anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood tensions that were affecting my local area including my driveway. Lloyd was fantastic; I cannot thank him enough. He was there the following day and the camera was installed by that evening. It is a testament to their customer service and professionalism that they were able to source, install and provide the necessary understanding of the equipment in such a short period of time, given our current circumstances. The system itself provides probably the clearest and best quality images direct to my computer or phone that I have ever viewed. Being motion censored Lloyd was also able to establish boundaries and other aspects of the software to prevent passers by my property from activating the camera. Coming from a security background employment wise I have viewed a lot of CCTV footage over the last 2 decades and I can honestly state that the system installed is 100% professional industry standard, simple to use and crystal-clear HD quality too.

Everything is explained to you when up and running. About a week or so later, there will be a call back to make sure you're happy with the system set up, or carry out any tweaks that may need doing to suit your requirements. Nothing is too much. The equipment is of high standard and dedication to the job carried out is outstanding.
