Quite upsetting that although the member of staff we dealt with was exceptionally helpful, our car and parts were not fixed. Having arrived in a desperate state as the water hose burst to the reservoir they were unable to help us. We arrived in the area on holiday and had to limp back to the camp site. Parts were ordered and we were told to come back on day two of our Holiday. Parts did not arrive despite us waiting two hours and did not arrive the day after that either!!! Seriously poor show. Thankfully the AA came to our rescue and fixed us in under and hour. Not sure we can blame this company as their parts company appears to have let them down badly but as far as we're concerned we were left out in the cold when we desperately needed help.
