We really enjoyed our meal. Food was delicious, atmosphere is relaxed, decor is traditional and we weren't hurried at all. Bonus of a lovely stroll through the village home. Made for a great evening out. Dropped one star as masks not always worn properly by staff. It gets on my nerves when people wear it across their mouths and not over their nose! However, we still had a great evening and look forward to going back next year.

Had a lovely meal, great atmosphere staff friendly and very helpful, price was very reasonable. Real ale sold here as well as usual lager etc. Parking across road, very limited. All in all fantastic.
Fantastic village pub with great beers and proper fresh cooked food. Been twice this holiday and just booked for a third night. Highly recommended
Fabulous food, the fish was huge. Batter so crispy and chips were delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Such a popular pub with beautiful seating outdoors and cosy seats indoors. All social distancing adhered to. Can't wait to come back!
