Poor service from waiter, waited over 20 minutes after drinks for food order to be taken watching our waiter chat with pals. If had been busy would have been understanding but with only 4 other groups in due to bookings only not really an excuse. Food was average well presented but not worth the money charged. As our only meal out on holiday a real let down sadly

Lots of new staff, but all of them great and very friendly! Love the fact they’re dog friendly, all the staff very happy to interact with the dogs and even gave them a bowl of water. Really friendly restaurant - best slug and lettuce i’ve been to!

2 for 1 Cocktails is very welcoming. The food was okay. The service was shocking. From finishing the main course we waited 45 mins for them to clear the table, even though we were next to the kitchen door and they walked past all the time. It then took another 15mins to bring the drinks. So we waited an hour at a table with no drinks or food. One staff member was working her socks off but the rest off the staff were lazy and were not pulling their weight. We had to watch them for over an hour

Mediocre service as food wasn't brought at the same time and one of us had to wait for their plate on top of being told our table was cancelled because they closed a room in their pub (got solved aftet 10 minutes of waiting outside). Nothing inspiring about the food. Steak was okay-ish but being served 2 wet onion rings and half a handful of chips definitely wasn't worth it. Second experience at this chain and wouldn't go again unless I see them actively working on improving their service.

This place deserves a review first of all service excellence secondly all the staff are amazing super friendly and helpful would highly recommend to any visitors to Newquay.

Gorgeous place, decorated nicely. Staff was grumpy, quite rude except for one, lasagne gave me stomach ache for a couple of days. Same with friends.
