Lovely man, always very helpful and pleasant. Has lovely glass vases and wine glasses and lots of unique handmade bespoke gifts. Whilst I was looking around a customer came in and asked for some keys to be cut due to an emergency situation and the owner Paul was very understanding and helped with no hesitation. Would highly recommend.
Great service at Southwest engravers ! I had a key that had broken in half and they managed to cut me a new one no problem !! Really helpful and polite even picked up some beautiful hand made gifts whilst waiting. Woul recommend to anyone !
