Store manager refused to refund a product that was of unusable quality. I had bought some eyeliner and asked for an exchange which they did offer, however they wouldn't offer a exchange for a different brand eyeliner. When I tried out the eyeliner again I had the same problem of the eyeliner being very watery and not black as advertised. I went in again to ask for a refund which they refused to give. They said I had to contact the brand itself. I'm really disappointed that a supposedly reputable and established company would sell products that are of unusable quality and offer no help or support support the customer. Shocking customer service. In future I'll go to boots instead.

Nice friendly staff.. typical superdrug ..can get some very good bargains if you look and offers are on surprisingly cheap at times ...good choices well stocked ..cheaper than boots for the same things ..but like I said check prices and look out for the offers ..good place to shop
