Good food and service under the circumstances. Seated at our booked table soon after arriving. Staff were all courteous though obviously a little stressed and there should have been more of them on as they seemed rushed off their feet. Food arrived soon after ordering. Everything was hot and well cooked. Lovely veggie burger and the chips were crispy. Not a wide selection of beers unfortunately as I like to try out local brews.

Arrived this morning and ordered 2 sausage sandwiches. Wasn’t the nicest of sandwiches but can’t complain for 18. When asked if it this was correct being charged 9 for a sandwich I was told it was. On top of this the other 3 people in our group waiting 20 mins to be seated and then once they got to the front of the queue they were told it was fully booked and had to go elsewhere
Always love coming here for a breakfast when we can, the food is great and staff are always friendly. They are always careful with allergies and keep Gluten Free stuff gluten free
Chose the Chicken Forestiere. It looks a bit bland but looks can be deceptive and it was absolutely delicious, would order it again. Had the Gin, strawberries & prosecco drink, fabulous
Very disappointing experience! We are a premier inn regular user this place didn’t live upto it’s standards My opinion the restaurant is Understaffed Me and my family were waiting 10 minutes before someone came to show us to our table then we waited 15 minutes to order our drinks then we waited 20 minutes and our drinks didn’t arrive so I asked a member of bar staff who said they didn’t receive our order So we walked out and went elsewhere Also the bedroom was very warm air conditioning trips off after a few minutes and when it was working for the 10 minutes it was pointless Also it was noisy early morning trucks unloading etc I wouldn’t return again
