Only one third of my order was delivered and no acknowledgement or contact despite constant attempts. Very poor customer service and will not be a repeat customer. Would not recommend.

This being the second time placing an order with you since buying my harmony starter kit, i placed 3 orders but only two arrived and Royal mail did not provide any information on the journey trail. When it arrived i only received 2 out of the 3 e liquids, i contacted Bloom via virtual chat and someone by the name of suzie responded, since hello for 30 minutes i have been on wait since addressing my question with no answer or notification of the next steps. In the end i contacted the head office and got through to Stuart, who managed the issue to the end. My query wasnt so much of a refund but just to know if it indeed was on the way or if it forgot to be sent. However Stuart made the necessary calls and got the job done, only took 10 mins on the phone after waiting 30 mins for a response via virtual chat. Having worked on the phone speaking to people from all walks of life i can understand the importance of customer service and im glad there are others who see it too. Nevertheless what could have been 2 stars now rose to 4, the last will need room for improvement. However i got there in the end. Thanks again Stuart!
