Dr.Quinn is a know it all who does not listen to problems, takes frustrations out on patients. I had a 10:50 appointment with Quinn. I arrived at 9:30 and signed in as usual. He didn't bother calling me until after 12 and then had the AUDACITY to say that I used the automated machine incorrectly, when I've used it countless times before. One elderly man even walked out as he as seemingly being ignored. All other staff are pleasant and courteous, but when you ring to make an appointment, make it on a day when Quinn isn't available.
