This company dealt with my husband buying our house so straight forward 13 years we contacted them over a dispute with the neighbour's fence and land they took as the fence in is real bad condition...we had a burgarly when working abroad also so need to make our home more secure and wish to at our expense replace it but es legal are more happy to send pointless emails for the last coming two years and ask our advice but charge us for there so called expertise ..they have made one call to my husband in that time and made one visit to our home but send relentless emails which they charge for and charge to receive when we have asked for them not to bit ring us...they then requested we make a visit to there office when the country is in and out of lockdown...they have not even requested video call in 2020 !!! ..es legal charges a fee of 500quid in april 2018 for a barrister which has never been needed also as this case has not been to court and nor have we heard from a barrister so sorry this has been the most frustrating solicitor to deal with and I would never recommend....they ignore all emails which we send to reply to there then they reply on a Friday at 4pm then they close for weekend....absolutely disgusted
