When I first went to Frank, I was feeling completely adrift. With minimal notice, he was able to arrange an appointment for me, at a time when I desperately needed it. Over several months, he was able to work me through my problems, helped teach me how to get a handle on them and not allow them to overtake my life. To anyone who was in the same position as I was, browsing for someone you can talk to, I highly recommend Frank. He is a talented and intuitive counsellor, capable of listening to what you say, effectively pinpointing the source of many of your troubles and helping you to find ways to overcome them. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Frank creates a comfortable and productive environment to discuss issues which may otherwise be difficult to speak to friends or family about. I was initially unsure about seeing a male counsellor but soon realised that wasn’t an obstacle at all. Frank was an excellent listener and showed empathy and understanding whilst also challenging me to see things in a different light. I found the sessions really beneficial and would highly recommend Frank for anyone feeling that they need support or a space to talk.
