I went here today with my Foster dad and two sisters, we came home with two Guinea pigs and two fish , needless to say were all very happy!

Called them beforehand to see if they had a crate and dog gate. The guy chatted and I said I'd be in in a bit. I went in with a friend. We were the only people in the shop. We were ignored from the minute we got in to the minute we left. Even by the same guy. I picked a crate. Got it home. He had given me the wrong size. The girl behind the counter didn't even know if they delivered. Really bad service. Dark gloomy shop. Sullen staff. Go accross the road to Pets at home. Night and day.
