Me and my boyfriend first met John back in 2016. We had such a great afternoon with John and his horses, the experience was second to none. He's wealth of knowledge is something that everyone should aspire to and the way he handles his horses. Neither of us had ever ridden western style before so it was nice to cover some groundwork to begin with. Best afternoon spent in a long while! We have since been back and always recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great day out.

Very sweet horses and john is a nice and friendly person. I asked for a 3 hour trail ride when booking and asked what was included. We were told a 10 minute introduction to natural horsemanship and a couple of obstacles before getting on the trail. This would have beed fair enough and i thought the actual ride would be about 2 hours. Well i was in for a big disappointment. After a very long introduction of probably 1.5 hours and another long chat over a cup of tea we spent maybe 50 min on the trail. Im not really impressed.

Absolutely love this place. Made to feel right at home by the welcoming host John. The surroundings are stunning.

Just back from a three hour cowboy experience and it was fantastic!! John, the owner, was so patient and encouraging, especially to my friend's 8 Yr old daughter who was terrified and ended up being able to trot! Unlike other places I've been, this was more personable, educational and relaxed rather than strictly timed in and out! Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great afternoon John and Sebastian!!
