Bought my van from Mourneview Caravan Park in 2016 when there was no age limit on the vans that were sited on the park. Then Mr Milne aka Greedy ballix decided that he was gonna put an age restriction on 25 years on Caravans. I've JUST this year finished paying off my personal loan that I got to buy the van & low and behold Greedy ballix has now lowered that restriction 20 years!! I have recieved a letter today saying that my caravan is now too old and I've got till October to upgrade or remove it! He is bringing big fancy caravans on for sale from 60k plus and now has no room to site them so hes decided to shaft all the hard working caravan owners who struggle to pay the 2500 a year ground rent (which he increases by 100 every year btw). With a recession looming & people having had no work, lost jobs and businesses due to Covid 19 he has just gone and kicked everyone in the balls. This greedy man needs stopped! All about the . The site was so much better when Derek Brady owned it! It's gone downhill every single year since .

Keith is right and they cant say i wasnt on there site .The way they treat people on these So called luxury sites they seem to have with there overpriced caravans and overpriced yearly site fees which isnt even a full yr (9 months) which comes to near 2500 is a disgrace fair play they do get it. So just giving people heads up as i was a owner on site with a caravan paid my ground rent of 2350 last season a week later was told i was to take caravan off .If i was told this before my rent was due i would have left before paying the 2350 which i struggled to get before Christmas a disgrace . And if you go near the office to confront them they pass ths buck on to the owner mr milne himself which you never see (rumours has it hes a very nice man)just like the office workers on his sites lol .SO AS YOUVE RESPONDED SO QUICK TO KIETH LETS SEE HOW LONG THEY TAKE TO RESPOND TO THIS (JUST PUTTING MY SIDE ACROSS HAD SOME GOOD TIMES ON THE PARK B4 MILNES CAME) if you buy a caravan dont think signing a contract does anything either .(Plenty of other nice caravan sites out there who respect there paying clients ) and half the price in yearly ground rent fees

As a caravan owner and a loyal customer of Cranfield Bay for the past 13 years I was gobsmacked to receive an email giving me two hours notice of the removal of my caravan from its site. Now I have no reason to lie but it all stems from this lets screw families over coming up to Christmas for 300 which I might add I knew nothing about until I got a phone call looking payment. Now with three kids and Christmas coming I wouldn’t have a lot of spare cash around so it was impossible for me to just hand it over. Now I made a call and was given until mid Jan to pay half of it...which is now being denied....I really wish I had the proof. I had enquired about different alternatives ie selling my van to which I was told it’s worth nothing, well excuse me my caravan is worth money because I decided to put it online for sale to see if there was any interest to find out there was, apparently I should not have done this because that was the reason it was taken off, anyway I rang to see what was going on to be told you need to ring head office to stop removal...guess what no one would take my call... If anyone is thinking about buying a caravan I would not recommend any of Milne sites, look what happened me after 13 years, my 3 kids grew up here and loved it now threw out without a second thought oh and to top it off I was sent my invoice for the coming year stating I hadn’t paid my 300 but if i could pay it and the balance before 1st March...really!!!

As as caravan owner and thankfully not on Cranfield Bay or any other Milne owned sited, I am totaly shocked and disgusted in the way you have treated long term residents on your park. Hopefully anybody reading this post will think twice before purchasing a caravan on any Milne caravan park.
