Just to say a massive thank you to the team at Specsavers Newry branch! I'd broken my glasses while recovering from Covid-19. I'd called the branch to ask for a copy of my prescription so I can order a new pair online to get delivered, only to find out my prescription had expired so the online system wouldn't accept it. The lady from the Newry branch went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She said she normally cannot do this but due to my situation she would order my last pair of glasses that I purchased from the store and send out to my home. I wish I remembered her name so I can give her a specific shout out, but thank you to the lady I spoke to on 7th Jan 2021. Really shows that people will go above and beyond to help each other during these times! Thank you so much! Can't recommend Specsavers, particularly the Newry branch, enough after my experience here!

Brilliant, looked after by Kyle, a fine young gentleman, nothing was too much trouble. He helped me pick new frames and I felt he was being honest in his opinion and advice, not just trying to push a sale. I really hope the bosses sit up and acknowledge this young man's hard work and customer care
