This restaurant has completely ruined what was to be a great Saturday night. We decided to place an order with this restaurant because their mobile application stated that they delivered to our postcode (BT34 - see screenshot below). We placed the order at 19:20 and then waited 1hour and 50 minutes before calling the restaurant to check up on the order. We were then told that we lived too far away and they would not deliver (despite their app saying they will deliver to our postcode).It's now 9pm, we haven't eaten and we are 15 down - yes we paid for the order via the app. The restaurant told us that they tried to call, however despite having full signal not a single call came through to our phone. Disgraceful customer service.
Nice kebab and good price
One of the best kebabs I've ever eat.
