I had worked at Teleperformance for 6 months and in that time I had; Developed first class customer service skill and a full knowlage of the campaign in which I was part of due to the outstanding training services provided along with personal & team targets which made me let my see what I had to improve on. Take it from me. Before I joined I was shy and barley able to speak and after I have been there my confidence has been increased and I’m no longer that shy guy I was.

The place gets a bad rep, but it's actually not that bad. The pay is desperate, but most people are just miserable to go to work in the first place and talk about taking calls like it's on parr with fighting child soldiers in 3rd world countries.

Applied for a job here and don't think it was very fair. Another girl in the interview knew the woman that was doing the interviews and was told the answers to the scenarios and the questions.
Great place to work very friendly people
