I found this shop to have excellent opening hours, a fantastic range of costumes across all price ranges and extremely helpful staff. However, I have never come across an owner as rude and aggressive in all my life. She was positively common and such a bully that I felt intimidated. She snatched items out of my hand and made me pay for items that still were in plastic packaging with the seal intact although I had opened the box (without damaging it). She shouted at me in front of customers and I sincerely hope that this is not how she treats her staff.

A huge showroom with plenty of costumes. Although everything I wanted was out of stock, blaming Halloween a full month prior. Wasn't a fan of there renting procedures or refund policies. Staff helpful enough despite hands being tied by rules. Certainly would visit again just wouldn't be relying on them.
Great store, huge. Have so much to choose from but the staff are it's best quality will go out of their way to get you what you need
Thank you so much to the girls in costume corner my little girl took sick while in the shop today and the girls were unreal and went above and beyond and we can back a few hours later and they could not have been any more helpful helping my older daughter out with her Halloween costume thank you so so much for your patience and all your help today
