My experience with Ivan was extremely poor. I would STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE. He started off being nice and helpful but things went south very quickly. Ivan sent over the 2019 tax returns for review. There were some errors so be sure to check his work. He requested I sign the signature pages and return to him to send in the returns electronically. I ask him if they had been filed as I did not receive a confirmation number or email from the IRS. He assured me they had been filed. There is no record of my returns being filed and Ivan will not return phone calls, text messages or emails. We have gone by his office and home (which he provided to us for drop off of documents) and left notes at both locations. NOTHING! I have filed a formal complaint with the state which I made him aware of and gave him plenty of time to respond. Again, NOTHING.
