It is almost a year now since our move to Bee Meadow. It has been a very tricky year for everyone but time to say a BIG thank you to all at Baker Estates for your relentless and dependable assistance. We have received exceptional service from friendly, helpful first class staff. Nothing too much trouble for Charlotte & Lucy in Sales, from the progression of our purchase to managing our mail between moves. Their continual energy is overwhelming. Tremendous gratitude to Mike & Stacey and their site team for their continual support even now. We remember our move in during Christmas weekend; Mike came to our house on Christmas Eve to bring a priceless washer to ensure that we could use our washing machine during the Christmas holiday. Lastly, we must thank Customer Services, particularly Lucy for her speedy advice and assistance to remedy any snagging that we encountered. We are extremely happy with our bungalow and hope that many others will be too!!

Bought my home from Bakers and was so pleased with their service. Staff are friendly and go above and beyond to help. The process was made so smooth by their efficiency. The handover was great and after sales care is spot on. The quality and finish of the property is superb. I can't fault Bakers and would happily recommend them to family and friends knowing they would receive 5 star service.

I bought our first home from Baker Estates off-plan after viewing their new development in Dartmouth. The design and build quality was done to an exceptionally high standard so I'm very glad I got in early, especially as my original plan was to wait, at which point all of my choices had sold early on. There's never been any issues with the house, we have settled in and the development has started to take shape beautifully. Everything from viewing the show home to completing the purchase was smooth and hassle free.

Unacceptable response to an unresolved issue with bath in our new home. Poor handover experience with inconsistent communication. Issue was reported multiple times but ignored. Recommend a professional snagger if considering a purchase.
