If your Gregory's drivers don't know yet, EVERY pallet/cargo over 300kg loaded in a curtainsides trailer must be fixed/secured with strap so transport can be legal on the roads. If you don't want any other holdups at your loading bays in the future, PLEASE designate a proper place/spot/bay/area where other drivers can secure their 27,333 kg cargo loaded from you, simple as that. \u200d️ Thank you for your understanding.

Excellent service and delivery, 12 boxes of tiles with no breakages. Extremely well packed and quick delivery. I would certainly use again. Spoke to customer service on a couple of occasions and they were very helpful.

Trying to contact British Ceramic Tile and waited on hold 22 minutes and was then just disconnected. This has happened twice. Cannot contact through website as it has a warning on the page when you visit their website that the site is not safe. Not ideal.

Nothing wrong with their tiles just some lousy customer service if you deal with company direct. I looked at their website, they were selling a tile online for 11m2. As i live near their factory i drove to their factory shop to buy direct. However, the price on their website is for online sales only. They wanted 22m2. Absolutely mad! I will only ever buy their tiles through a third party in the future!
