Really helpful and pleasant team, which was a real help during a difficult house move. They were flexible with the timings and didn't try and sting me for any extras at any point. The van I got was great too, much bigger inside than I imagined and luckily had reversing cameras and sensors so I could hand it back damage free

Terrible experience. Will never use again. I had a one way rental and did not stop between. On returning the vehicle, they found a dent on the front that I could not even see. I know that it could not have happened on my one-way , non-stop journey. On challenging them, they stated that they are specially trained to find such things. Charged me hundreds for repair. Probably will charge the same to every subsequent renter. Complete scam!
