Not a good experience with this store. I saw a vanity unit in the showroom which had no price on it so I asked for a price for the whole package - unit, sink and tap. I was given a price and needed to go home and check it would fit. I rang to purchase the unit on the phone and was told by Anthony that he had made a mistake and I ended up paying more. The unit was ordered and I received a call to say it was in stock so I said it would be collected the next day. I asked my Son to collect it for me as I was going on holiday. He made a round trip of 14 miles only to be told by Paul that there was nobody in store who could get it as he didn't have the paper work to hand. It was only when I phoned and vented - asked to speak Anthony (unavailable) to the store Manager (unavailable) the area Manager (also unavailable) that Paul arranged for the item to be delivered to my Son's work address as he will be fitting it. The only reason for the two stars instead of one!
